Tent Cards Information
Tent cards are available in portrait or landscape orientation, in a range of sizes. We offer a variety of paper stocks and weights, including recycled and uncoated. Consider adding soft-touch, matt or gloss lamination or coloured foiling, to really catch your customer’s eye!
What Is A Tent Card?
Tent cards (also known as table tents) typically feature two large vertical panels and a smaller base panel, forming something of a triangular ‘wedge’. They are often used in hospitality and retail and are compact, easy to assemble and cost effective. You’ve probably seen them in a restaurant or bar, displaying new menu offerings or table numbers.
With a tent card, as opposed to a table talker, you get fewer panels to work with (since there’s not much point printing onto the base panel), but each panel offers more space for your artwork; making it the better choice for displaying lots of information at once.
It’s also an ideal solution for static marketing: something like a ‘We Prefer Contactless’ sign doesn’t need to be moved or rotated, displaying its main message from one or two panels -so it’s visible from behind and in front.
Your tent cards will arrive flat, with easy-to-assemble interlocking card tabs, to ensure your card stands secure. When you’re finished with the promotion, simply unlock the tabs, fold flat and store for future use!
Tent Card Uses
Table signs or numbers – restaurants and bars
One of the most popular tent card uses; consider a custom printed tent card to display promotions or table numbers. This is an ideal solution for hospitality, especially bars and restaurants; tent cards can promote new items on the menu or limited edition drinks!
Tent cards are also ideal as reserved signs, as festive decoration or to provide customers with instructions – for example: how to order via a QR code.

Use a tent card to include a helpful, to-hand price list. Ideal for a bar, a hairdressers or a beauticians, these nifty little devices can sit on counters for your clients to gaze at whilst they are enjoying a service; great advertising for future visits.
